Constant last minute changes with terrible communication. Overall just terribly displeased. Definitely do not recommend.
They are scammers!!!! I had my solar panels installed in February 2023, they were NOT working till July, yet for 5 months they charged me for it, i have called support, technical dept, home owner dept, nothing was resolved, i had to pay 5 payments/months for non existing service. While the purpose of installing solar, was to cut excel, i ended up having 2 power bills for 5 months!!! my solar was "on" but not completely from July till November, and since November till now its not working again. I have wasted months on calling each and every dept to have nothing resolved, still not working, they cost me money for absolutely zero service, trying to get me to collection agency, yet none of them is trying to fix my panels! avoid, scammers, i am starting investigation with BBB with them the worst ever!!! they are taking advantage of single mom. they are taking advantage of ton of customers, i found ton of exact same reviews, but they bought a program to have it removed , they will change name, get you in trouble and just like a bottom feeders are going to suck you out of all your money
I have been very pleased. After getting quotes from three other lease companies. This is the only one that seemed to care about savings for approval. Would 100% recommend
I was naïve to sign the contract before the work was completed. The installation went smoothly for the first half of the project so I signed assuming the rest would go equally as smooth. I was wrong. The contractor abandoned the project. EnFin still wanted me to pay the contracted payment on an unfinished abandoned project. I paid a new contractor to finish the work. EnFin refused to renegotiate to contract, and fraudulently put a lien on my home when I refused to pay. I asked EnFin to reduce the contract by the amount I paid out of pocket. They refused. This company is trying to enforce a fraudulent contract. So not do business with them!!!
I quickly secured a loan for solar panels with ATTYX solar through their finance partner EnFin. The loan contract seemed to show everything I needed to know about the loan on the first page loan summary . HOWEVER, as I began to pay off my loan and made several payments that were well above the basic monthly payments, I began to notice an unsettling trend. Entire payments were going to payoff only the interest instead of splitting the payment between interest and principal. When I called to point out what seemed to me to be a shady and unethical practice, the person on the phone pointed out that on PAGE 9 of the contract I signed, it clearly stated that EnFin requires that the interest on the solar loan be paid off FIRST. When I pointed out that that information should have been on page 1 instead of page 9, their only response was, "Well, you signed the contract so you are bound to it." I want to WARN and INFORM others who may be considering a solar loan through EnFin to avoid this UNETHICAL organization at all costs. I am angry and upset over this highly unethical business practice. Avoid EnFin.
