I was interested in purchasing a solar panel system and saw an add on Facebook. I contacted Optimum and Marshall contacted me right away and set up an appointment with me to explain to me how solar panel system works. I liked the idea of having a solar system installed and the way Marshall explained to me how the system works. We then set up an appointment and set up a date for installation. I had problems with the city permit department getting my permit and Marshall took care of all the processing that permit department needed from me right away and then started getting the process started by setting up the installation. Belknap Electric came and installed my solar system and everything went well. Marshall also checked in with me through the process to make sure that everything was getting done properly and in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Optimum and my solar system. I would highly recommend Optimum to anyone and already have a couple of friends that are interested in looking into purchasing a system.
