As we are giving 25 year workmanship warranty. IntegrateSun has setup after sales services offices in Texas & Georgia. They are only being used for aftersales purposes.
IntegrateSun usually takes 6-8 weeks to install residential solar panels if no permits or HOA approvals are required. If permits and/or approvals are required for the property location, then the timeline will increase depending on the speed of the process

Finally up and running 10 months later!

We are on hold because of a lack of Tesla power walls. After 3 months of hearing this, it is getting harder to believe. Someone must be getting Tesla batteries, just not IntegrateSun. Very disappointing since they've been holding our money for months. I will update this when and if we get a battery and an install. Update- It still took 4months longer to get delivery and 2-3 months after tesla was in stock, but the installer was great with just minor delays for that. He helped me get the app up and running for the tesla battery and gateway. They were the cheapest bid out there, and while it took 6 months longer than projected, I am very happy with final result. They also tied my other solar into gateway. I think I agree with others here in that if you are in Texas maybe ypu don't experience as many delays.

15.12KWp System - 36 Panels and Two Powerwall 3

I found Integrate Sun through EnergySage and am glad I did. My Project Manager was Areej, She was a pleasure to work with and very informative about the whole process. I had a 15.12KWp size system with two Powerwall 3 installed, which included 36 REC Alpha Solar Panels. I signed the contract with them in June of 2024 and Received PTO in November of 2024. Since summer have started, I can clearly see the reduction in my PGE bill. Solar was worth it for me, and If you are also looking for Solar, I would recommend Integrate Sun.

Do NOT use this company

This company will not follow through on its commitments. Buyer beware. We had solar installed and I specifically stated that my concern prior to payment of the final installment, was that I would be ghosted with any concerns or issues that presented. Sure enough, after the final payment, I have been ghosted on ALL communication with the organization. Issues continue to be - 1) no training on the system 2) system not connected properly to the local grid 3)no refund of overpayment. While I may be able to overlook the fact that this project took OVER a year to go from deposit to approval to operate with the city, the fact that these other issues continue is why I only gave them 1 star. I DO NOT recommend that you utilize this company for your solar needs.
