I first started with Matthew Lewis and he walked me through the process of figuring my needs. Once we did that, they offered to meet the lower quoted price per KW/H. We then went through the energy company only to find out that we were requesting too big of a system so we needed to scale down our system. Chris, my installation technician was great. He has way way too much energy and wants to complete the project and be ready once the energy company goes through their processes. The next person was Andrea Arzet that took over to get all of the compliance issues worked out. It took about 4 months start to finish to get the system up and running. We initially thought there was a problem with the system so Chris came back out. He spent a lot of time working on rewiring only to find out it was a software issue. They are really great people to work with from my experience.

When we made the decision to go solar, we had no idea how confusing this decision would be. We compared the different companies available in our area and found PowerSync to be the best for our money. They were very patient and worked with us when we found we needed a new roof. There were many delays in getting the roof and through it all they were there to answer any and all questions we had. Their personal were fast and efficient. We are very pleased with our new system.

We have had our system installed since late August and it is saving money already! They are a professional company that treats your house as they would their own. We had a minor roof leak when first installed and they were at the house within hours on a Friday night and we live several hours from their location! I would highly recommend this company, we had several quotes and they gave fair pricing and was not trying to sell a larger system then we needed.

I had learned that several of my micro-inverters had failed. The Company that installed my system sent me replacements. I had to search for a local Co. to do the repairs. Power Sync did the repairs in a timely fashion. They showed up when they said they would, completed all repairs and even transferred the bar codes from the new inverters to my sight map. Which was extremely helpful when calling Enphase and placing my system back on line.

We sold a house and highered Power Sync Solar to relocate our solar panels on our new house. They did a great job with coordinating the whole process!! Our family is grateful for not having to worry about what the process would intel. I would recommend them for new install, relocating or even having them doing repairs on your already installed systems. Their very knowledgeable and highly experienced in solar.
