Do not do business with Greenpenny - they are a mess!!

Greenpenny is a mess. It started out with online issues getting the account open to them forgetting to send my husband his debit card, to customer support repeatedly providing wildly contradicting information then not taking ownership for their mistake. Even worse, they don't let you deposit CASH at any ATM and they had the nerve to tell me to "open an account at another bank and then transfer it to us" as the workaround even though their website says you can deposit cash. And today, their Zelle feature (which I'm trying to use since I no longer can deposit cash in my own bank account) has now gone missing from their website including their app. Customer support just stops contact when you are upset about something rather than actually fixing basic things like not taking cash or website issues that they don't know how to make right! Highly unethical organization and we will be closing our 3 accounts we deposited six figures into after just under a month of constant messes.
