Get another sub contractor

I have been wait for three weeks to get them to come out to fix my solar but lady who answered the phone is very rude and will not let me talk to anyone else. Apparently she is in charge because she hung the phone up. Get another sub contractor. GC is Sunpower but working with them to get some one else to fix solar.

POOR SERVICE

“WARNING” DO NOT USE SUNSYSTEM TECHNOLOGY! I was told, I would hear from SunSystem Technology within ten business day. SunPower sent them a part for my solar power inverter on 03/11/2020 it was received on 03/16/2020 at 10:37 AM. By SunSystem Technology UPS Tracking 1Z37Y3020341087753. Can’t talk to anyone in Austin Tx. They have no Phone number. No E-Mail either. If you send E-Mail to their residential support residentialops@sstsolar.com they won’t reply. To this Day 04/08/2020 no work order. ”NO RESPONSE PERIOD” Sad such poor service! Case No: 01917028 John B Fulton 254-721-3145

Outstanding Service

My solar system went offline, one of Sunsystem's technicians came out and got us back online after my installer was unresponsive.
