Johnny Conde QCELLS support

I have a QCELL system. I received PTO in March 2024. On 11/23/2024 my area had a 3 hour PGE power outage. My solar did not kick on. I was anxious and upset. PGE came back on. I received a phone call from QCELL support JOHNNY CONDE. He explained that my battery threshold was set at 25%. QCELL's recommends 15%. My system was set for "Time Of Use" Johnny took the time to explain there was another option "Back Up Only". I am a senior and I admit technology confuses me. Johnny Conde spent over 2 hrs trying to explain these different solar setting. The time he spent showed he understood my lack tech experience. He cared and took the time to explained things (over & over) in a way so I could begin to understand. He asked questions about my household needs to help me decide what settings I wanted for my solar system. He showed genuine concern for me and what I needed. The end result Johnny Conde was able to remotely set my my threshold to 15% and set my system to "Back Up Only." He made sure I had the QCELL support phone # for any future questions or concerns I may have. I am currently not a business owner. IF I DID HAVE A BUSINESS I WOULD TRY TO HIRE JOHNNY CONDE AWAY FROM YOU. HIS KNOWLEGE BASE WAS FANTASTIC. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PATIENT AND KIND. Very Sincerely, C Hoagland
