I felt the Panasonic warranty is just for documentation purpose.

I wanted to share my experience with Panasonic’s solar panel warranty process for anyone considering their products. After one of my panels was damaged, I contacted Panasonic expecting support under their warranty. However, I was surprised to find that I had to pay out of pocket just to have someone go up and take photos and even then, it seems my claim may be denied based on an initial response to those photos. This means I could be left covering the cost of documenting the issue, buying a new panel, and arranging for installation, all while the product is supposedly under warranty. Frankly, this makes me question the practical value of the warranty. If the process is this difficult and costly for the customer, what exactly is being offered? It feels more like a barrier than a benefit. I wish I had known this before installing the system, and I hope sharing this helps others make an informed decision. It's disappointing coming from a brand with such a strong reputation for quality. I encourage Panasonic to rethink how they handle warranty claims, because when people invest in solar, they’re investing in long-term support and peace of mind.

Outstanding solar panel

Outperforms the competition

Never Received Rebate

When I purchased my solar system I received Panasonic Panels and was suppose to receive a rebate. It has never arrived. Where is my rebate?
